Rebecca Tate ’71 Zurcher

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebecca Lynn Zurcher of Pomeroy, Ohio, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on November 4, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Donald Dayton and Ruth Gwendolyn Tate (Brown); her mother-in-law Wilovene Bailey (Robert); her brothers, Donald Steven and David Hugh Tate; her brothers-in-law, Thomas Gallagher and Junior Mattox; her niece Glenda Lenore; her nephews, Clifford and Brian; her sisters-in-law, Arlene Heavner, Sharon Mattox and Karen Zurcher; and her grandparents, Earl, Daisy Brown, Worthy and Evelyn Tate.

She is survived by : her husband John Dale Zurcher; her sister Martha Gallagher; and her siblings-in-law, Wayne Zurcher, Christine Tate and Sue Zurcher. She is also survived by nephews, cousins, and beloved friends.
