Alida Keizer ’49 Vande Bunte

Alida R. VandeBunte, 94 of Grand Rapids, Michigan moved to heaven on Sunday, March 7, 2021.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband Howard J. VandeBunte, parents James and Angeline Keizer, and brother Ronald Keizer. She is survived by her children David and Barbara VandeBunte, Lee and Nancy Vande Bunte, Jane and Todd Knecht , Tim and Nancy Vande Bunte, Paul and Conni Vande Bunte, 19 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren. She is also survived by sisters Aileen (Lee) Kingma, Harriet Buffinga, and Joan and Rev. David Earnhart.

She and Howard established VandeBunte Egg Co. in 1946. She loved music and was an organist for many years at Forest Grove Reformed Church. She enjoyed flowers, her grandchildren, great grandchildren and many summers at Maranatha Bible & Missionary Conference.
