Leif was a proud Norwegian who devoted his life to giving back and serving others. He was a member of Hilltop Presbyterian Church (Mendham, NJ), Westminster Presbyterian Church (Dayton, Ohio) and First Presbyterian Church (Sarasota, Florida) where he was an elder and Sunday school teacher over the past 35 years.
