Richard Hagni ’53

Richard Hagni ’53 received the Honorary
Life Member Award from the International
Association on the Genesis of Ore Deposits. The
award is in recognition of lifetime achievements
in the field of ore geology and services to the
association and its commissions in the course
of many years. He taught geology at Missouri
University of Science and Technology from 1956
to 2000. He has published 24 book chapters and
books and 201 papers, and given 397 scholarly
presentations at geological meetings.
