Mark Whittaker ’94

Mark Whittaker ’94 is president of the
Scientific Research Consortium Inc. and
AminoAcids.com, a research and testing
laboratory in Roseville, Minnesota. He is also
the co-founder of Blue Water Farm Feeds LLC,
a startup focused on production of insect-derived
protein for animal feeds.
