Distinctive Hope: Mural Festival
Hope College’s Transportation Garage sits a few blocks away from the core campus. If you didn’t know it was there, you might miss it! But thanks to the Tulip City Walls Festival, held during the most sweltering days of this past July, the garage has been adorned with a colorful mural, along with many other buildings in the area. The Festival was created by 3Sixty, an organization supporting the Eastcore Neighborhood (13th to 24th Streets, River to Lincoln Avenues).
The mural was designed and painted by local artist Ryer Appeldoorn.
