Herb Widmer ’57

Herb Widmer, age 87, of Somers, NY, passed away on February 15, 2023. He was born in Teaneck, NJ, and attended Dwight Morrow H.S.
Herb was a Hope Harrier and set a new record for the four-mile course. After graduating from Hope, he served in the Army and was stationed in Germany.  Herb worked as an actuary at NY Life for over thirty years. He is survived by his daughter, Susan (‘86) and son, David (‘89), and wife, Alice.
