Myra Kohsel

Myra J. Kohsel, age 78 of Holland, passed away Monday, February 22, 2021.

Myra was born and raised in Holland, and was a lifelong resident of the area.  She worked for Hope College for over 32 years in a variety of positions, and was a member of Harlem Church.  Myra enjoyed gardening, reading, experimenting with new recipes, but above all loved spending time with her family, in particular her children and grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her daughter Lynda Blaissing; her parents Miner and Geneva (Wolters) Dykman; and a brother Steve Dykman.

Myra is survived by her husband Al; son Dan Jordan; grandchildren Stephanie (Tyler Babcock) Jordan, Christopher Jordan, Erin Elise Peer, and Paul Keim; many great grandchildren; her brother Kenneth Dykman; step children, Laurie Ann Garlington, Deborah Ann Playford, Carol Ann Gothard, James A. Kohsel, Scott A. Kohsel; step grandchildren and great grandchildren; many extended family and friends.
