Carl De Vree ’57

Carl DeVree, age 89, of Holland, Michigan, passed away on Saturday, December 29, 2018, at Holland Community Hospital.

He was born in Hudsonville, MI, on February 5, 1929.

He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Marilyn (Glupker) DeVree; son, Jeffrey (Janis) DeVree of Grandville MI; daughter, Susan (Brian) Kane of Fennville MI; granddaughter,Jennifer DeVree of Milwaukee WI; and grandson, Jonathan DeVree of Ann Arbor, MI.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, January 4, at First Reformed Church, 3060 Wilson Ave SW, in Grandville. Visitation with family will be at the church, before the service, beginning at 10 a.m.

Donations in memory of Carl may be made to the DeVree Family Scholarship Fund at Hope College.
