Landrum Bolling

The family of Landrum Bolling of Arlington,
Virginia, who died on Wednesday, Jan. 17, 2018.
He was 104. His career included serving as
president of Earlham College from 1958 to 1973.
While at Earlham, he played a leadership role
in the 1961 creation of the Great Lakes Colleges
Association (GLCA), of which Hope is among
the founding members. He was the first chair of
the GLCA’s board of directors.
