Judy Westenbroek-Lacks ’75
Rosemary “Rosie” Nadolsky ’75 who teaches
French and Spanish via music at Chicago’s
Old Town School of Folk Music, has written,
recorded, and donated a song (reflecting the
four seasons around Chicago’s North Pond)
to the Lincoln Park Conservancy. Piano
accompaniment on the recording was provided
by Nadolsky’s Hope roommate, music major
Judy Westenbroek-Lacks ’75. Rosie sang the
song live during the ribbon-cutting and reception
celebrating North Pond’s recent restoration,
which was held at the Notebaert Nature Museum.
The song can be downloaded for donations
toward the ongoing restoration and maintenance
of North Pond and its environs.
