Jasmine Love ’20

Jasmine Love ’20 graduated from the
University of Michigan School of Social Work
in December of 2021 with her Master of Social
Work (MSW) degree. She graduated with a 4.0
GPA and is now a Limited Licensed Master
Social Worker (LLMSW) as a therapist at the
Children’s Advocacy Center of Kalamazoo
County. Jasmine did a psychology internship
through the Ottawa County location in Holland
during her time at Hope, and reports that she
is excited to be back in the environment. She
published research on child maltreatment during
her time in graduate school and continues to do
research with her colleagues at the University of
Michigan on trauma and child maltreatment.
She also served as a member/executive board
member for the University of Michigan
School of Social Work’s Child Welfare Student
Association and was a case reviewer/shift leader
for CPS for a year during graduate school
